    Background and Philosophy

  Dr. Patricia Rupert D.C., L.Ac.

Dr. Patricia Rupert is a licensed California chiropractor as well as a licensed California acupuncturist.  She holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic medicine from Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward, CA., a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental medicine from Oregon College of Oriental medicine, in Portland OR., a Diplomate of Acupuncture from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental medicine, a Master of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS., and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas.  Dr. Rupert is also a licensed California esthetician.

Dr. Rupert interned at the China Nanjing International Acupuncture Training Centre in Nanjing, China with a specialty in cardiovascular medicine. She is a certified Cox Technique practitioner; a chiropractic technique specifically designed for rehabilitating patients with herniated discs, spinal stenosis and failed back surgeries.  She is extensively trained in nutrition, vitamin and herbal therapy.   She is trained in animal chiropractic using the VOM technique and cold laser technology.

Dr. Rupert has a diverse background in business and held executive positions in marketing, advertising and insurance.

She has two grown daughters, and two,” baby dogs”-- a Pomeranian and a Papillion.

Dr. Rupert integrates her extensive wholistic medical training to connect the dots for patients by formulating treatment plans that utilize natural healing methods with minimal side effects.

Dr. Rupert welcomes working with all other healthcare professionals to help patients maintain or regain their health.
